2024 Girl Flock Party Event - Event Vendor Registration Package
Girl Flock Party is a boutique women’s network based in the Austin area. It was created by local mixed media artist Melanie Allison as an extension of her online gallery. Named after the gala event for networking, brand awareness, female empowerment, & fundraiser for our annual woman-owned business scholarship. We also provide social events, peer mentorship, camaraderie, & support.
Join our fellow members, sponsors, and patrons from around the Austin, Texas area as we mix and mingle in a fun atmosphere at our 2024 Girl Flock Party event.
This year we are also raising money for the 2024-2025 Girl Flock Party Woman-Owned Business Scholarship, awarded in the fall. $5 of each event ticket sold will go toward the scholarship as well as donations collected before and during the event.

We are now accepting sponsorships and donations for the 6th Annual Girl Flock Party held on April 27, 2024, at Urban Creekside in Round Rock, Texas.
Role of the Event Vendor Registrant:
A vendor is an individual or business that sells products and/or services at the event. A vendor typically provides products directly from the business they own, manage, or represent.
The vendor will need to bring their own table/setup.
Tables will be arranged outdoors along the sidewalk or in the driveway, unless it rains, in which case they will be positioned under the covered patio (if you do not have a tent).
The $30 fee will be contributed as a donation to the 2024-2025 Girl Flock Party Woman-Owned Business Scholarship fund.
