What is Girl Flock Party?

Girl Flock Party is a boutique women’s network based in the Austin area. It was created by local mixed media artist Melanie Allison as an extension of her online gallery. Named after the gala event for networking, brand awareness, female empowerment, & fundraiser for our annual woman-owned business scholarship. We also provide social events, peer mentorship, camaraderie, & support.

What is your code of conduct?

Girl Flock Party is a network for women-identified. It is dedicated to providing an empowering experience for everyone who participates in or supports our community.

We believe a network is for developing personal & business relationships, sharing knowledge and experience, and building trust.

Our goal is to encourage women to support each other at all stages and levels of their personal life and career.

We encourage a collaborative approach to foster growth and development of our own and each other’s businesses. We are NOT category exclusive.

We work in service to each other.
