That single gathering became the foundation for what is now Girl Flock Party, a growing women’s community centered around creativity, collaboration, and belonging. What started as a simple idea evolved into a powerful network where women can show up as themselves and feel supported.

Connection Before Opportunity

One of Melanie’s strongest beliefs is that connection comes before opportunity. Many people think success is about being in the right place at the right time, but she sees it differently. It’s about being around the right people.

Women today are craving genuine connection. Life gets busy, friendships change, and finding a space where you truly belong becomes harder. Melanie created an environment where women don’t have to explain who they are - they can simply be.

Rethinking Networking
